I was ( and still am) an incredible fan of "Undercovers" and I have to agree with J.J. Abrams when he said that he didn't go deep enough with the show. I have an eye for talent and Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Boris Kodjoe are exceptional actors ... no one else could've played those roles better! I am deeply heartbroken and saddened that "Undercovers" got the axe, and I feel for the incredible actors and actresses that put their hearts and souls into bringing these characters to life and into our living rooms week after week. I have to say that I wasn't familiar with Gugu Mbatha-Raw until this show, but now I am truly in love with her (not just because she's so lovely) but because she is an exceptionally talented actress ...just real uncompromised, and natural talent. And u can't say that about many actresses. So to J.J. Abrams I just want to say ... "You are the man -- You know it and all of your fans know it. Sometimes a show doesn't make it, you'll go back to the drawing board and create another great work of art!. Best of luck to you!" Hello. The acting was off the charts. I was completely enthralled from day one. The main characters were so beautiful that Barbie and Ken were cringing in horror. The couple was married and madly in love... Oh there's an idea. Be married when you sleep with someone... Commit first and that's a good thing. I loved it! The action was great. The comedy was diverting. The writing had me immersed. I along with many fans are horrified when suddenly it stopped! NBC just loves axing programs and most of the time advertising is the main problem. I wasn't sure what to think about Abrams. I am a trek fan and I wasn't convinced he was the man to lead star trek into the future. Abrams absolutely hit a home run with Undercovers. Gugu... You will be missed.
